The design and analysis of a pressure tube on a pneumatically trained counter-tank weapon (SLT) is the aim of this study. Aluminum 7075-T6 was selected due to its low density, high tensile strength, and exceptional resistance to corrosion. The FEM approach using ANSYS Workbench Static Structural can perform a thorough study of the stress distribution, deformation, and safety factor on a pressure tube intended to sustain a maximum pressure of 25 bar (2.5 MPa) under static circumstances. Three models have different wall thicknesses (3 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm) using a 5 mm mesh element (6027 elements, 12207 nodes).
